Demian Media is a digital marketing agency blending the power of accomplished creative marketers, growth hackers, and PhD data wizards. Our Story

Back in 2019, Boaz had recently left McCann New York. Equipped with the right skills and experience, he had the opportunity to launch his own marketing agency. He envisioned a digital marketing agency entirely focused on performance—where every insight and decision would be data-driven, quantitatively-based. This may sound self-evident, but in the day-to-day of the marketing industry this is far from real: most decisions are based upon educated guesses or feelings and there is no real focus on delivering strong performance. Hence, Demian Media was founded with two core ideas: marketing has to be performance-first and data has to be at the basis of every decision. Joined by Ilisa at inception, both launched a marketing practice devoted to customer acquisition and the tools required to track and properly attribute these leads converting into customers. The tactics have proven successful, notably in the pharma and medical industries, where Demian Media has excelled for years.

Born out of our data-driven philosophy, Demian Media has developed a strong market intelligence offering that provides business insights entirely quantitatively-based. We’ve named it Lexicalia—a powerful data research set of tools leveraging, processing and analyzing user-generated data capable of answering the most complex business and market questions.

In line with our foundational ethos, Demian Media is also the premier digital marketing agency serving the bitcoin industry ecosystem. With over 10 years of experience in sales, Ilisa co-founded Demian Media with Boaz. She leads the agency’s strategic vision and market expansion. A graduate from The New School and Parsons School of Design in New York, she has a creative background in art and fashion, and she also speaks 5 languages.
Boaz Vilallonga

co-founder, principal & creative director
Boaz is our head of marketing and creative wordsmith. With a PhD from a French elite Grande École, he has been faculty at Columbia University and New York University. He transitioned to marketing, with more than 8 years of experience in the industry. A devoted linguist, he masters 11 languages.

With a degree in aeronautics engineering and a PhD in physics, Aleix is the mastermind behind our market intelligence offerings, notably Lexicalia. Aleix develops and implements complex algorithms that help processing and understanding data for business insights.
